The Hong Kong Underwater Club (HKUC) is the oldest-established diving club in Asia, a Special Branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC).

Like many clubs the HKUC we have suffered from a steep rise in costs, in our case the cost of hiring a suitable boat for our dive outings in Hong Kong. As a result we are not currently diving as a club in Hong Kong. Nevertheless the club welcomes new members, who are qualified through recognised diving bodies such as PADI, NAUI, CMAS, etc, with the view of being able to organise some diving in Hong Kong and overseas trips for like minded divers.

Regreatably we cannot undertake any training of divers

If you thought there was no diving in Hong Kong, why not contact one of our committee members with a view of joining one of our socials when we can explain the options. We look forward to hearing from you!

This website may be able to answer your questions - please use the buttons on the left to find what you are looking for, or drop us an e-mail if you have a query. We hope to see you soon!
